My Bachelor of Science degree in animal behaviour was completed in 2014, I am currently working on my Honours under the supervision of Jim Mitchell. My Honours project is focused on microbial ecology, I will be testing microbial communities inside a calcrete bore matrix, located within the Yilgarn region. The project entails collecting both abundance and sequence data of the microbial communities residing within the calcrete system, so that they can be quantified via network analyses.
